3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
To book a service, you must contact us through the methods provided on our website. Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide you with a booking confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been processed.
3.2 Payment Terms

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
4.2 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund of any payments made.
4.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your appointment will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible experience and accurate results from our services, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- For colour analysis sessions, arrive with a clean face free of makeup, fake tan, or coloured contact lenses

- Treat our staff and premises with respect
- Maintain appropriate behaviour during all interactions with our team
